    James Harban

    I am the founder of Total focus Security LTD I have 7 years experience in security and only 1 years experience running a company. I founded the company because I have a passion for security and keeping people and there properties and businesses safe and secure. My role in the company is to make sure the day to day running of the company is at a high and professional level. Like my staff and other management team I also like to get stuck in and do the same as  my security team, my belief Is what is good for my staff is good enough for me to do. We pride ourselves on a highly professional top quality security service.

    Business Development Manager

    Hannah Stevens

    Hi I'm Hannah Stevens, I am the Business Development Manager for Total Focus Security. I sort out the development of the company and I am the manager of the sales team. I am also the senior manager under James. When James is off or unavailable I am the one that deals with any issues that you may have. I am also the contacts manager along side James. I have many years experience being a manager and I am always learning new ways to add to my managerial skills. I also have experience in security due to doing  pub and club security. I am a keen learner and a hard working professional. I am currently the second longest serving member of our team, I live in Brixham with my Family, and enjoy walking along some of the many coastal paths in the area and of course taking my dog.

    Mobile patrols are an effective deterrent in place of full-time security staff.
